4. Scheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide reasonable notice whenever possible.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to:

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Secure pets and valuables during service visits

  • Ensure utilities are available as needed for the work

Failure to provide safe or reasonable working conditions may result in service delays or cancellation.

6. Scope Limitations

The Connected Handyman Co. LLC performs handyman services within the limits permitted by applicable laws and licensing requirements.

We do not perform work requiring specialized licensing where prohibited by law.

Certain services may be declined at our discretion, including but not limited to:

Exterior work is generally limited to deck repairs and approved maintenance-related tasks.

7. Smart Home and Technology Services

For smart home, WiFi, networking, device setup, and technology-related services:

  • Customer equipment remains the responsibility of the customer

  • We cannot guarantee manufacturer performance or internet provider reliability

  • We are not responsible for third-party outages, software limitations, or manufacturer defects

Customers are responsible for maintaining account credentials, subscriptions, and ongoing service agreements associated with their devices.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and strive to complete every project with care and attention to detail.

However, except where otherwise required by law, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Hidden structural issues

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties after service completion
